Cancellation Policies

Once you have given our sales staff a credit card or confirmed a time and date for a delivery we consider this a binding verbal contract to work.  We begin our scheduling work almost immediately upon accepting you order. 
The following rules will apply to our services:

Singing Telegram Performances-
Cancellation at least two weeks prior to scheduled performance will be give a full 100% refund. 
Cancellations made between 48 hours and two weeks prior will be charged a $25 administration fee.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior will be subject to 50% of purchase price.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the performance will be charge the full amount purchase.

Clowns and Childrens Party Performers-
Cancellation at least two weeks prior to scheduled performance will be give a full 100% refund. 
Cancellations made between 48 hours and two weeks prior will besubject to 50% of purchase price..
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the performance will be charge the full amount purchase.
