Amazing Nerd-Man (Geek Girl) - Nora (or Ned) the Nerd work at the DMV.  They had taken the picture for this wonderful person and developed a crush on them.  Knowing when all the special days are from their DMV records Nora (Ned) decides to go visit their Beloved.  They have of course written a very special song for the occassion and brougth them a special hat and horn to blow in case of an emergency celebration.
