Capped Columns
Our innovative Bouquet consists of a large 16″ latex balloon on top with 2 sets of 4 x 11″ balloons clustered around it. So it looks like a small column. We also do this with 3 sets of 4 balloons and/or with 260Q’s (traditionally used to make balloon animals by clowns) that twist into the arrangement.
